A: To Open Pump: -With front of package facing you press down on pump with palm of hand and turn counterclockwise. Pump should pop up

If Unable to Dispense: -Possible that upright tube carrying product to nozzle may have been dislodged -Suggest unscrewing cap to see if tube has disconnected from pump.

To Lock Pump: -With front of package facing you press down on pump with palm of hand and turn to clockwise to lock -Some product may dispense until pump mechanism locks
